Any investor can obtain a copy of the internal procedures for customer complaints upon written request and without any charge by submitting the request to the compliance officer at Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.P.
If a settlement of the complaint is not reached within (15) working days, then the investor has the right to file his complaint with the Capital Market Authority - Investor Complaints Department, and the investor has the right to file the complaint with the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes after (90) days from the date of filing the complaint with the CMA, or before that in case the CMA notifies the submitter of the complaint to file it with the committee before that.
